I loved being just a short walk away from scenic spots like Inverness Cathedral and the beautiful River Ness, making it easy to enjoy the charming park views and landscapes during my stay.

Loved the Highland-themed decor throughout the property. The themed crockery at breakfast added a charming touch. Breakfast choices were plentiful, with generous portions catering to various tastes. Staff were attentive and always available to address any questions. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and near local attractions. My only issue was the tight quarters in our room, making it somewhat cramped for luggage. the bed was comfortable but a little smaller than expected, which made sharing less than ideal. the experience was enjoyable, and I'd recommend it for the atmosphere and breakfast alone.

Comfortable family room with lovely decor. Tight parking was a challenge during our stay. Great breakfast options available.

the room was cramped, and the one pillow per person was just dismal. woudl have loved an upgrade or some special treatment as compensation. the automized check-in was a disaster and felt totally impersonal. I almost thought I’d leave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Family with children delight
The breakfast pre-order was a lifesaver – I could snag some good food without the hassle and it was all hot! the cozy reading room was like a secret hideout, filled with local information, made me feel like a local even if it was just for a moment.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it's still ok.

Rooms were cramped with limited space for luggage!!! Water pressure in showers left much to be desired!!! Parking situation was tight and a hassle with larger vehicles!!! Smaller double beds could use improvements!!!

missingWrote a review on Sept 23
The room felt cramped and lacked enough space for luggage, which was a bit of a hassle. The water pressure in the shower was weaker than expected, and the need to pre-order breakfast the night before felt restrictive at times. I also noticed that the parking situation was tight, making it a bit of a challenge to maneuver larger vehicles.

The breakfast pre-order system via QR code is a fantastic touch, allowing guests to enjoy a personalized dining experience.
I found the parking situation a bit challenging. the lot seemed too small for the number of guests, especially for larger vehicles.

great family-friendly stay with a warm atmosphere
The family room was spacious and well-decorated. The breakfast options offered something for everyone, with generous portions and local flavors. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness were truly exceptional, quickly resolving our heating issue without delay. I also appreciated the lovely Highlands-themed crockery that added a nice touch to the dining experience.
The heating issue on the first night was slightly inconvenient.

The room was great, and I loved the thoughtful addition of cookies when we left. There were cozy reading and relaxation spots that made it feel like home. I did wish for a couple more pillows, but it didn't really take away from the overall experience. 😊
